I love this team and our seniors showed a lot of grit tonight with 4 runs in the ninth. Hats off to Auburn because they did as well as they could to try to beat us. I actually like Butch Thompson and think he will do great at Auburn. I think we win our national title this year boys! I believe!
This is so true!!! +10 What a rollercoaster tonight wow!

We're going to have to give Ginn a shot at some point, and he is better suited to face a lineup like Vandy than Plumlee, IMO. And he's apparently looked great recently when throwing.
I'll be confident with either guy, though. Plumlee has been pitching great.

I’ve never seen anyone put in words what I truly believe. My wife is gone on a trip to Orange Beach, daughter in Nashville for a bachelorette party and I got to spend Father’s Day with my soon to be State student hanging drinking a beer , cooking steaks and being guys. Most special moment while also arguing with fans who have the same dreams I have. Thanks to all. I will piss you off, you will piss me off but I’m still blessed to say Hail State

Right on! We may argue with each other some but in the end we all bleed Maroon and White and those colors run deep!

Those colors don't run. They talk shit, but they don't run.

Hail State brother
It has nothing to do with whether the fans have a lack of faith in bad times. It has to do with the PREDICTABLE fact that our most miserable fans expect everyone to write off their bellyaching when we?ve proven 28 times this year it?s not justified.
You want to be a miserable whiner, own it when you are called on it. But if you can?t do that just stfu for once instead of spreading your misery. The inability to do that makes many here the worst.

I have owned it. Multiple times.
Hail State. I can smell a national championship.

I'm thinking like you. I feel Plumlee is the known commodity right now.

I felt like Foscue when he was banging things in the dugout after he swung at the first pitch slider with the bases loaded.

I think Butch made the right calls all night as the Skip. He wanted to win this first game, all in. The rest of the cards would fall as they may. His defense let him down in the 9th after playing a nearly perfect game. That?s baseball....
