Disassociated Boosters Reinstated
Up in shitbird country visiting the in laws and we've started talking about NCAA, Egg Bowl, RR lawsuits, etc and I can tell you the kool aid is strong. Apparently a couple of the disassociated boosters have been reinstated by the university, including RR owner. Not sure if it's been discussed before or not, but any insight into that? Or are they just blowing smoke out of their ass?

NCAA ain't gonna do anything about it.

Here is what I wish would happen with the NCAA:
I simply want them to have to answer questions. There appears to be no accountability for how they rule because no one can ask questions.
After each infractions case, there should be a conference call where the chairman of the COI has to answer questions that pertain to precedent, guidlines, etc.
I would be fascinated to hear the reasoning of how the COI dodged the penalty matrix & gave OM less than 1 schollie reduction per level 1 violation. I want to know their reasons, methods, & how the decisions they made in this case will effect future cases.
Can future schools expect less than 1 schollie reduction per level 1 violation?
What is the precedent that has been set here?
The OM fans kept calling the NCAA a kangaroo court but in many ways it is due to the lack of transparency, accountability, and consistency of the COI

Good luck with that. I have always wanted refs (esp pro) to be required to answer questions to the press postgame, but it will not happen

Reinstated until the appeal is decided.

I hear you, but from a process & accountability standpoint, I view the COI as a court that should be objective & officiating as something that should be more subjective.
We can vote judges in & out of office & they are further held accountable by the political party in which the represent. Who hold the COI accountable?

That makes sense to me i guess

Impossible!! Several on here have said these are devestating sanctions! Devastating!

The sancations were not enough for sure.
But.... Let's look into the LLC -- T Warren and rebel rags. Warren dissociated his wife from the LLC of rebel rags before the COI became public. A year plus after that he created a new LLC and purchased a plane. This is all public information. So how can RR prove lose of Income? I would love to see his tax returns for the right offs of stolen/damaged merchandise... Remember this is all public information on the secretary of states web site.

disassociated boosters have pics of the high ups in Indy taking it deep in a bath house. tobacco money and shit.

I think it was said on here that Warren was good until the appeal gets ruled on.

Well, what could get interesting is if Leo and Mars sue Warren. Nothing might come out of it but then again...

If OM had dirt on the NCAA persons and threatened them with something that could PERSONALLY hurt them, do you think that the NCAA would act in it's best interest. Both OM and the NCAA are questionable and both had power to injure each other? Maybe mutual aided destruction? Maybe ethics and justice come second to self preservation?

Ole Miss does not have the power to take down the NCAA. If they did I guarantee you their investigation would have gone a lot quicker.

Well from what I've gathered it's been a lot of the same propaganda their media has been spitting out. That RR is going to expose Leo and Kobe and how they'll owe the owner their first NFL paycheck. I asked how did Warren even know they were the ones listed in the NOA and they couldn't even respond. I mean I hate having to see their smug faces every year. However the only good thing was that I wore Michigan shirts up there which pissed them off

OXFORD, Miss. (WTVA) - Ole Miss campus police ask students to behave at future baseball games following a recent incident.
The university said students were reportedly throwing rocks at Georgia baseball players during last weekend's series.

no they can't take down the NCAA but they can get private investigators to find dirt on committee members - they are a bunch of lawyers after all .....
ok, so I just put that out there for the lurkers up north but no one can deny it's plausible ... because there just isn't any understanding for the leniency

No sir, not that old, haha...
I discovered the LLC debacle when I started looking for the owner of the ATM at the OM athletic complex. Then I located the owners of the plane that flew 4 recruits to a pro game and then on to the Birmingham bowl game. Interesting things can be found on the public web. You might be surprised what and whom is associated with what and/or whom on the Mississippi Secretary of State web site. Da plane, da plane, da planes... Show me da money...
Happy New Year.
