Yeah. And then injuries happened forcing us to put our best o-line combination on the field which resulted in magical results.

Wow! If that all happens, then they definitely be back in bizness close to full scale SMDH.

If it happens, it would blow the keeping the only cheating local theory out the water... assuming they are indeed cheating. One is from Texas, Florida, and Georgia. I have no idea who these guys are though, so it may be they are not as prized as their ranking

they are borderline 4 stars. Still don't change the fact that they can't seem to recruit needs.

Make of that what you will
Rosebowl alluded to this. But that is not what Rosebowl said. Rosebowl said he thought both Carvin and Bleich were close to committing earlier, and instead of Hev putting in the work to close the deal, he got lazy and let the opportunity pass. Rosebowl even said that Hev "sandbagged" down the stretch. But it's not like they tried to commit and Hev wouldn't accept the commitment.

THIS - If Freeze had recruited for needs, then he would have made some "investments" in linebackers. It is a pr thing with them. If they had 10 4* receivers and could find three more 4*'s then the stars always win over needs up there.

1st time that happened before it was a 5* OT from FL, a 4* WR from Illinois, and a 5* DT from SC. Not quite the haul this time but it sounds like it may be along the same lines.

I actually believe they will have a better time cheating out of state than instate. They have a PR problem with recruits and coaches in Mississippi because of the recording of recruits and the lawsuits against Mississippi teenagers. Lot of coaches and parents instate are stearing clear of the unm bunch.

And again, I had rather be Us right now with Carvin than anyone else.. unless something changes between now and Wednesday expect Carvin to State ..
This is absolutely the right perspective.

Assuming?
Not only did Mississippi State embarrass LSU on this night. Davis Wade Stadium wrecked Tiger Stadium in music choice, atmosphere and, most of all, volume.
When I'm 80 and deaf, it's not going to be all those Springsteen concerts or Queen at Municipal Auditorium in New Orleans on Halloween Night in 1978, it will be this game...............Glen Guilbeau--Sherveport Times
