We are abysmal shooting 3s. It is getting past the point of being a fluke

I?m afraid you are right. That and no symblance of a game plan are killers
-
Q does not need to be running the point. We will not win this game with him playing pg.
-
I hope Peters gets his head on straight. The last thing we need is a locker room cancer
-
WE did not close the half well. I?ve watched some of that Maui tourney and even with Peters we aren?t close to Notre Fame or Wichita or Marquette unless we shoot the lights out
-
I’ve also never really figured out what Howland wants the offense to look like
-
Where the hell is Peters? Hope whatever he did was worth an L.
-
Even though we have taken good shots and missed them, our ball movement on offense looks poor compared to SFA.

Yea we won?t be close to those teams for a while. Not a fair comparison at this point. We?re a team trying sneak in on the bubble best case scenario. Those are legit sweet 16 teams

I haven?t wanted to say this but this how Howland?s teams played at UCLA. Elite defenses but just straight up pick up game offensive style.

Peters alone would have put us up at the half. These idiots have gotten 10 points off of picking our pocket in the backcourt. Wouldn’t of happened with Peters running the point.

Howland was at his best in a grind it out defensive game... that was his style when he made those final 4s. He won the pac12 with this up and down style, but no postseason success. Not sure we can play his old style with the way officiating is now, but I wish we would find out

We've had at least 10 wide open looks that have not gone down. Make just 4 of them and we are leading. I'm more concerned with lack of defense.

Well the only good thing for the 2nd half is their entire team may foul out.
-
We are out rebounding them. Glad to see that. I think we will make a run

Agree our defense was bad closing the half. We were ok for about 12 min but allowed way too much dribble penetration down the stretch.

We can’t shoot. Like we suck at it.
I’ve always thought being able to shoot the basketball was a key part of being a D1 basketball player.
How does one become a 4 or 5 Star bball player if he can’t shoot?
Also, if we’re going to be a team that can’t shoot and has no semblance of an offensive style of play, we will have to be 10 times better on D. Color me unimpressed
