I really feel if we can sign a will Redmond type that we can be a serious sec contender next season. Do we have that guy committed? Is Brian Cole a CB or safety?
We don't have a corner committed that could play next year. Savion Smith would be the difference maker, but he's probably headed to Bama.

Would we make room for David Reese with Florida in flux?

I know its been a long time but I wonder if we could get back into it with Jacob Copeland? If Whop spurns us...

If that prediction was today, I would feel good about it. But Saturday before it was known A&M offered not so much.

The A&M offer was a nice 1 to get & he may OV there I don't see them beating MSU for Carvin.

Rosebowl said today he's hearing good things today about Carvin, look for good news maybe this week. Rosebowl now has a crystal ball since the merger.

Anybody hyping up the kid from Pearl to be a day 1 player (if he makes it to starkville) are going to be disappointed. Just being real with you. Hes a good high school player but hes not close to Heath, Guidry, or Jason.

Agreed. I didnt want to say anything bad about the kid, but I have a coworker that's been to every Pearl game this year and he said the kid is a big time project and that he "couldn't catch a cold".

I'm not saying he's our best WR recruit but whoever told you this was way off base as well.

I think he's a lot better athlete than Leonard. I really like Patterson I just think Malik ceiling can be through the roof with the right environment & coaching.
