Lone Star State Bulldogs... I need a tip
Once again I'm pulling a DH by going to the 1100am Texas @ Baylor game before going to our game in College Station.
Last time was in Georgia and Brunswick told me a sort of back way to get from downtown ATL to Athens in a more timely manner than the main routes.
Does anybody have any tips about how to get from Waco to my seat at Kyle Field in what could be only a 3 hour window?
If any Aggie lurkers are on board I'd appreciate your tips as well.

Go from hwy. 77 to hwy. 6. Pretty straight shot. Watch out for the speed trap towns btw Waco and College Station.

JUSt take HWY 6 straight down. Pretty easy drive. Traffic might be an issue as people will be driving into College Station. The roads between Houston and a college Station are always crowded on game days.
Assuming you don’t run into any major traffic problems, 3 hours from seat-to-seat should be doable.

Don't speed in certain areas like Mutt said. The "revenuers" will be in full force. but traffic may take care of that aspect of your travel.

If you don't have the Waze app then you might want to download it. I don't know how well it works in Texas but it saves time in Atlanta.

Thanks all. Wheels rolling westward in half an hour!

It is part of the quest. I don't have Baylor yet. Also, I hate the Longhorns. It'll be fun.
