Steve just tweeted "Could State close with four 4*?" - Who are they? DD, Gay, Lenoir and DT Noah Elliss? Brad Stewart?

Do we still have contact from Stewart. With Florida in apparent shambles, I wonder. I'll say it's CEH.

ETA... I'm not freaking out like most you believe. Even the lsu guys are conceding gay to state. Like I said, I just found it interesting

Oh I agree with that. He not but like 6'4 is he. I think he projects as a defensive end or possibly a center. Supposedly a great FB IQ. I think he wants to play TE but it won't ever happen. I think he will end up as a great center before it's all said and done.

The 2019 class has a chance to be special for us. Especially if Dan can land a 2019 version of Keytaeon Thompson which I wouldn't put past him.

I think that the guy we just got a commitment from- Quatrivious Johnson from Greenwood- is more than likely out LT of the future. I think Hogan is more than likely a guard or a DE. Really too soon to know right now. The thing that people need to really know about him is he is good friends with Jerrion Ealy who is a five star RB from Jackson Prep in the 2019 class. He would be worth taking for that connection alone. Hogan is also a pretty decent first base prospect as well and might be a two sport guy.

I agree. I hope it pays off for them and that it encourages them to work just as hard or harder going forward.

There is another pic of the in home visit tonight...#wewantdd paper on table. But the telling part is in the background DD's family has one of those pinned on their refrigerator. Couple that with no pictures of him and OM staff recently, I think we got him.

Now that it looks like lsu is gonna miss on gay, you think they offer OM commit, Josh clarke?

Maybe. I haven't seen video of Quatrivious yet, so I don't know how flexible he looks or how quick his feet are. To me, Nik Hogan is exactly the type of player that a coach like Kirk Ferentz takes and makes into an All American offensive lineman. In watching him play, I believe he potentially has left tackle feet and flexibility. There is a lot of evaluation to do on all these kids though.

Dont know if posted, but we got Deommodore Lenoir's HS qb teammate (Robbie Blosser) visiting us for a preferred walk on spot this weekend. He's the 12th ranked qb out of California. Would be a hell of a nice break for us to land both players. We are the best option for Blosser for PWO.

Man I wish our fans would refrain from comments like this regarding potential recruits. Crap like this gets around!

What about Kymbotric Mason out of Noxubee. 247 is showing we have offered him but it looks like we are alone.
    6'2 and 175 lbs.

    Any potential there?

Just reading the tea leaves it looks like he might be one that gets a firm offer if we miss on some of our higher priority guys.
