    Gulfport Lawyer Sues Popeyes

    Because he choked on chicken (almost dying). His complaint says he's suing because his silverware did not include a knife for him to cut his chicken. So let me get this straight, had this asshole had a plastic knife he was going to cut chicken breast into small pieces in his lap in the car? Bet he didn't ask for a knife either. I call bullshit. Unfortunate accident but frivolous bullshit.
