So....broke this down to some more simple guidelines for those of you wanting to expand your resumes.
Assistant Athletic Director, On-Campus Recruiting Operations
Department Athletics
Job Location Oxford
Job Type Full-Time
Job Description
Examples of Work Performed
Determines itinerary and logistics for on-campus recruiting visit weekends, to include activities such as booking airline flights,(Book Strippers) hotel rooms (with Hookers) and ground transportation (more hookers and acutely anti-inflammatory post-flight medicines), arranging for meals (with hookers), snacks )in backpacks full of Advanced Student Assistance Recruitment Funds and vouchers for hookers) and hospitality rooms (hookers, strippers, hookers posing as students), and organizing appropriate credentials for prospective student-athletes and families (auto-lease agreements, ambiguous mortgage documents for Lafayette County properties, alternative transcripts that correctly reflect potential student-athletes potential, ACT assistance, and administrative hookers) .
Assists in coordination of football camps and clinics and associated recruitment activities - by filling 55 gallon drums full of cash, whiskey, and catalogs of local auto-dealers loner vehicles
Coordinates and ensures the total whitewash and falsification of required paperwork surrounding recruiting activities associated with camps and recruiting weekends - and unlike predecessor, use a freaking diamond-cut shredder!
Ensures that NCAA and SEC rules are followed as more "guidelines" and reported to compliance - when they do not involve Hookers, Booze, Vehicles or Cash.
Sets individual weekend budget based on number of visits and total family members needing hookers, houses, and "career realignment"
Maintains appropriate host monies for host student athlete/hookers and prospective student athletes to buy meals, cars, and designer suits.
Coordinates initial communication with prospect and family to visit campus, assists with tickets and lanyards, and manages all associated paperwork regarding NCAA and SEC documents to insure they never EVER reflect what we actually do during these visits.
Meets with staff members to ensure on-campus recruitment efforts are in compliance with University NCAA and SEC recruitment regulations and to evaluate efficiency of staff operations - i.e. At no time will any campus official be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded near the hookers, cars, booze, and new homes.

Rippon worked alongside Hugh Freeze under Ed Orgeron from 2005-07 as the Rebels’ defensive backs coach and special teams coordinator. He returns to Oxford after recent stints on the coaching staffs at Rutgers (2008), Marshall (2010-12) and Columbia (2013-14).

Well, now. That's interesting. Falling on the sword or abandoning the ship?

Rippon joined the staff in August 2015, well after Tunsil's fight with dad, agent contact, loaner cars, etc. and well after NCAA conducted most of their investigation. If they're wanting to sacrifice him, I don't think the NCAA will be impressed.

Brandon Wenzel
Wenzel is listed in the 2015 media guide as the person holding the on-campus recruiting position. Is Wenzel the first to fall?

Are we sure that this Rippon fellow got fired? Could it be that part of their attempt at "appeasing" the NCAA is to increase their compliance staff?

I forgot about him. He already resigned a while back and I bet that's his spot.

Just like Neal McReady left on his own. Just like Riley Blevins left on his own.
Just like Tunsil's step dad is a domestic abuser.
They said it, so it must be true.
