Chad Kelly wasn't cleared of shit. He's just a rich boy who hired a really good lawyer to get him a sweetheart plea bargain. It's too bad he is on OPD's untouchable list- if/when he ever gets in trouble, we will either never hear about it or find out about it several months later, ala Marshall Henderson.
