Nervous meter
What level are you measuring right now?
I've got to admit I'm quite nervous. I know we can play with these guys, but we just haven't been able to score on them in years. I know we haven't had Dak and jrob, so I'm cautiously optimistic

anyone smart enough to realize what may be at stake is nervous right now. If you're not, you either don't care or you're stupid.
-
I've told others that I honestly think we are the better team. With that said, it's not a best of 7 and we are playing at bds. Anything can happen Saturday the good, the bad or the ugly, thus the nerves!

House's money. I'm not nervous. I'm excited and loose. Will have butterflies at game time.

Nerves are kinda silent right now unless I think about everything that this game implicates and then they shoot up.
It will get worse the closer we get to kick off. I doubt I'll be able to even eat Saturday until the game is over (serious).

That was the first game of my life playing them that I wasn't nervous until the end of the game. Nerves disappeared just before halftime. Probably had a lot to do with winning big and a little to do with being in the student section in the rain. Most fun I've had, and I was soaking wet.

For some reason this is the calmest I've been regarding our big games. Still nervous but not like LSU or auburn. Now by game time I'm sure my butt hole will be so puckered up it'll create a vacuum, but so far I'm relatively calm.

Not nervous in the least , we can lose and still control our destiny - no way an 11-1 SEC team gets left out of the playoffs .
-
I plan to DVR the game and won't watch until it's over. From 2:30 to 6:00 I will find a sensory deprivation chamber to lock myself in. No score updates, no phone calls, no tweets.

If we lose, we no longer control our own destiny. We would need Bama to lose again.
And to answer the original question, I feel strangely confident. I don't know...the matchup, plus seeing Bama play a few times, makes me feel that we are going to be ok.

Not nervous. Im confident that Dak will guide us to victory and I will be there to shut down the bars when it happens.

My biggest concern at this point is that between the Arkansas game and the LSU game this Bama team seems to have the same horseshoe up their butt that Auburn had last year. They haven't won in as dramatic of fashion but they still stole 2 games they really had little business winning. We, on the other hand, really haven't had a game that we didn't have pretty good control of by the 4th quarter. If its close at the end I'll certainly be very concerned.

I'm more anxious than nervous. It sucks it's only Tuesday.
That being said, I trust this team and I trust Dak.
Plus, most of our starters have played at BD before, in a big game, an gotten beat. While that loss was terrible in 2012, there was a lot to learn from it. My guess is our guys will be very comfortable on the field Saturday. Theyve done this too many times now to get shaken. We are likely more nervous than them.
Finally, Mullen had coached against Saban 5 times now. There isn't much mystery and I'm sure he's learned some things. Honestly, there's not much to be scared about.

But we really don't. We would have to trust the playoff committee to keep us in the top four - we can't help that. As retarded as the argument is, many make the argument that our OOC could hold us back against other one-loss teams.
So, we won't have any control of our destiny if we lose Saturday.

I don't wanna leave it up to them either. 2 wins lock up the west with 1 a gimme. Gotta win this game

Not nervous at all. Excited and impatient...
It only goes in the books as "the biggest game in MSU history" if we lose it. Win and every one from here on out gets bigger.

2 touchdowns.
I. Seen. It.

I really hope you're right. It would be glorious to finish the game in front of just our fans like at tiger stadium
