Not much of a fielding drop off and I at least know those guys are not scared.
Did I just read that you would start Downs over DJ?? You realize he scored tonight, right? This is a bad terrible no good take

The reality was you had to pick Hardin or Davis. One has to be saved for tomorrow. We had a chance to win a game that nobody thought we would. No Hujsak hurts. Downs and Long hit like girls. But you play with who you have.

Jordan hurt us tonight. Hardin pissed himself

I picked Davis as you know. He has the better stuff.

The coach is responsible for everything that happens with the program.

We're on our third straight year of underachieving. How could that ever not be on the head coach?

I just looked it up and we know the team is improved, but we have only won one series against a sec team with a winning conference record and that is Georgia. We continue to choke against the better teams, especially in late innings.

Jordan needs to figure this out before regionals.
We need a hot Jordan | Hines duo for the tourney.

The fact we have no one on the bench that's an acceptable sec player seems like a problem that should be blamed on someone

Ultimately yes
But individual acts are something a coach cant control. Hardin pissed himself and Jordan watches too many good pitches because he is guessing. Only so much the coach can do. Everybody been sucking Parker's dick and what he has done with Hardin. Tonight was Parker's call and we lost

For sure. We had to bat Chester and Long in the 9th.

Name me an SEC team that brings bigtime players off the bench?

You might’ve been right, but with all those right handers in the lineup, I liked Hardin. He just didn’t have it tonight. Lost his spine when he couldn’t get those outs after being up in the count.

This team is overachieving. We lost SP1 and play Chance in LF. Name a worse LF'er than Chance in the last 20?

That can justifiably be blamed on the head coach

I also watched him, DJ, strike out 3 times tonight. One time with two on and one time with the bases loaded. I at least believe Downs will put it in play. DJ is just not good right now. In his last 4 road games he is 2-14 with 9Ks. That is bad. It is actually beyond bad. I am not saying Downs is better. He is most definitely not, but DJ is a black hole right now and has been pretty bad on the road all year. He had one good game at Florida and one good game at OM.
