Great adjustments by Jans in the second half! A needed win and good to see the team battle from a couple of weeks of adversity and first half today. Just keep winning!

Good to see Hubbard get some help in the 2nd half. We are going to need others to step up like they did in the 2nd half. On to the next!!

Jans>Howland. Way better floor Coach. Say what you want but he is a good fit for MSU.

Proud of these guys today. They played well in the second half. Now, we're going to get our ass handed to us against UT but we did what we had to do today.

State now 15-3 overall this season when holding opponents under 70. The 2 non-con losses were Ga. Tech and Southern U.
Only 1 of those losses was in SEC play. Keep UT in the low 60's and State will be in the SEC semis. Simple formula!

You could not have convinced me we were going to score 50 at half, much less 70. Much better approach in the 2nd half by the staff to let Hubbard be the primary ball handler and create shots and assists. I thought it opened up his set shots at the end of the game.

Tolu definitely has played poorly the last 5 games. He is going to have to step it up big time. I really thought when we took the emphasis off of playing through him in the 2nd half he played better and we played better. He still missed some bunnies though and that needs to be cleaned up.

Came back and did our thing, big win. Should be in now. Love that it was basically a tourney game to go ahead and get us in mindset.

Agreed. But there's hope for Tolu... there's zero hope for Rocky
