Huge Opportunity for the basketball team tonight

I didn't expect to win but 1 of these last 3 games, but what I don't like is the defense has gone south big time. I understand these 3 have great offenses, but we're supposed to have a great defense. I'm really pissed at jans for just totally letting the defense go to pot. The only reason we play dj and cam is bc of defense. If we can't stop teams anyway, they shouldn't play. I'm pissed

Being a "defensive team" is overrated!!! You have to be able to score and we have no pure scorers!

Hubbard is the closest thing we have to that but he has limitations.. when your best player is the smallest guy on the court there is issues.. I say this respectfully but how many teams won Championships at any level with a 5'9" player being their best player? we need more scoring especially on the perimeter.

Ill say again.. being a defensive team is overrated. There has to be a balance but at the end of the day you have to have guys who can score and we have maybe 2.

A hit? More like a torpedo. I knew what we were getting when we hired him though. Hopefully he realizes the difference between recruiting jucos vs legit players. His latest recruiting class is a giant flop, outside of Hubbard and we can thank Kermit for that one. Also, skilled offensive players dont want to play for a defense minded coach that runs his offense through the big man. After next year he will be on the warm seat cause this current team doesn?t have the shooters to make the tourney.

Doesn't matter the sport (except for a magical baseball run), we simply can't handle success. The Tenn game was awesome, and it seemed to give us a big head that we can't overcome. No idea why our sport teams can't stay hungry after big wins

I think the fans like a good offense better than a defense as well.
