Amidst all the Rebel stroking threads

I haven't seen one thing posted on here about Tolu playing tomorrow. Huge news heading into our SEC opener on national TV(CBS) next Saturday.

I'm pumped about this. I'm hopeful this can be a sweet 16 team

Glad he's back obviously. But I'm a little worried about our offensive flow and integration. We've played our best ball since Jans cut the rotation to 8. Hopefully we don't go stagnant and just force feed him the ball.

I'm hoping bell still gets significant mins. Maybe even close to 50/50

At first, yeah. As the season goes on, it will probably be 70-30.

Hell...play em together for awhile, let them play some high-low...put a PG and 2 shooters out there and see what happens!

Watching the 8-4 unranked Arkansas BB game with UNCW to a packed house. Like us, no bowl. They are excited about BB. Will MSU have a packed house Sunday afternoon for Tolu’s return? I’ll be there!

Hearing 8-10 mins is the plan going in

I wish they would play him and Bell together a little. Get some hi-lo action going.

I?ve wondered how this will play out. It would seem to be two different offensive schemes by alternating Bell and Smith. Can?t we play them both?

It’s better we get him some playing time tomorrow because after that we start SEC play with 4 quad 1 games in a row

Can't take Matthews off the floor for very long.

    Hubbard
    Davis/Moore
    Matthews
    Bell
    Tolu

Would like to see that. 2 best shooters, 3 best post players.

The reality is, in basketball you will not have one specific lineup on the court for the majority of the game. You just want to maximize the minutes of your best players. For us that is Hubbard, Tolu, Bell, Davis, Moore, Matthews, Jeffries, and Murphy. That is the 8 we need to roll with, tell Jeffries and Matthews never to shoot a jumper, and give Hubbard a perpetual green light.
