An NCAA Investigation unlike any other
This is coming from someone close to the investigation at OM. Definitely second hand info so take it for what it's worth. The NCAA has tried to conclude the investigation of OM on at least 3 previous occasions. However, each time they tried they to close it, they learned of additional violations happening at that time. Basically, they won't stop cheating long enough for their to be some sort of resolution to the case.
Heard there will definitely be a 2nd letter and it will not be pretty. From what I understand, this has never happened before during an investigation where a school will not stop cheating long enough for the investigation to end. I know, low post count and all that. I realize this is something we've probably all thought anyway.
