Customer service is ........I don't even know what to say. Complete garbage. I just live in a rural area where my internet options are limited. Anybody got any ideas? My son plays Xbox online so I need something decent. Those bastards have told me twice that I have the 6mbps DSL but we can't do shit. We got tech support on the phone and he told us that we were mis-informed (twice). We have the slowest they offer, like 768kbps. Oh, but I'm paying for 6mbps!!!

I thought I was going to have a heart attack when I talked to them the other day. I have to call them again tomorrow and I dread it already.

If some of you tech savvy guys have any suggestions, I'm all ears! Like Paul Finebaum.
