Walk like the King or walk like you don't care who the King is

I agree. This is great. It helps shed light on this spiraling situation.

Most of these young men are going to learn the grass is not greener on the other side of the fence.

Why can't you just embed a Tweet? It's literally a 1-click process.

I am glad FSU took a stand. If more schools would do this, it would help control the NIL a bit. Unfortunately, there are schools out there with more money than sense.

Very true, this will be a yearly thing and at this rate, the prices are going up. I do not think any school can maintain millions of dollars in NIL year in and year out. Big donors are going to start expecting some sort of return. If the wins don't start rolling in, the donors will lose interest pretty fast.

Either put tags around around the URL, like this:
Or click the button and enter the URL that way.
You can do it on a computer, tablet, or phone, and you will be the forum's greatest legend by doing it. This way people don't have to click on the link to see the content. Also, a lot of people have either quit Twitter/X or never used it in the first place, so those people will never be able to just click on a link and see what it says, but the embedded Tweet should show up whether or not we have an account.

Did FSU take a stand or did FSU promise NIL that could not be executed because it did not have funds to support its NIL proposals? If FSU promises exceeded its funding, there was no stand taken because decisions were limited.

The way I read it, the back up RB demanded 500k and was denied. Sounds like a stand to me. I am not 100% certain though.

If a back-up running back was wanting that much I would let him walk as well.

This model we have now is not sustainable. It's the wild, wild west right now. The bubble is/has to burst at some point. Hopefully, this is the beginning.

But this is when we should come in. Then he can't transfer again without sitting out. Makes hs signing not only a gamble but possibly paying for them to go somewhere else after you coach them up

It would be wonderful if it was the beginning of the end. It has to collapse under its own weight and the greed of many, mainly these kids handlers looking for a payday.
