Jefferson?
That would be a Festivus miracle.
Walk like the King or walk like you don't care who the King is

Yeah, he can't wait to come here and spend his last year of eligibility backing up Dylan Gabriel.
-
He would be a monster in this offense.
-
Yeah I wouldn't be a fan unless we strike out on some others. I feel like we would want someone that's a purer thrower.
I would take Gabriel over him right now 100%.

This season was rough, but he was 8th nationally in passer rating and 17th in QBR last season. The offense he ran in 2022 would be very similar to ours next season I would think
ETA... in 2021, 10th nationally in passer rating and 19th in qbr

If you think OU's starting QB is coming here you are literally stupid

The Briles link between them makes sense.
If Gabriel goes to the draft, KJ seems like an option. He's just very slow twitch.

He's not the starter there anymore.

Dylan Gabriel will be the starting quarterback here next year. There is no question on this. Save this for later if you want.

He followed Lebby to UCF and almost went with him to Ole Miss.

He is not the first guy I would want, nor Lebby, nor you. He's 4th or 5th at best.

He won?t be the starter now that Lebby is gone. Lol. I?ve had several OU folks say they are starting the Arnold era next year.

Personally, I don't want him. Too flashy. Too streaky. Not consistent, not tough. And not a winner IMO.
His game against us was atrocious and I still don't understand why. It's not like our D was playing lights out that day, regardless of what folks might say. They weren't playing like they did against OM. Whether it was drugs or some other reason that day, he couldn't hit the broad side of a barn during our game.

Did he not just blow out his knee last game?
