There is a report on Twitter from 247 stating Will is planning on entering the transfer portal. One of the commenters said he was going to Western KY and that someone called in and told Matt Wyatt the same thing. Said a radio show up the KY had mentioned it a couple wks ago?
Wonder if this has got to do something with the new coach and he has told them he is bringing his guy. I mean I appreciate everything Will has done, but it?s time? Maybe he can take a couple prima Donna?s and ?slackers? with him?

It has everything to do with without the air raid he's not an SEC QB

Will is 100% a product of the air raid and a coach who was more obsessed with him setting records than retaining other possible replacements.

Oh I agree completely, but no way you don’t hit the portal unless you already know who the new coach is.

Not so sure about that. Everyone knows we're not bringing in a pure AR coach. I would imagine he's pretty soured on how this season went and going to WKU gets him back to his comfort zone.

Can't blame him. I'm pretty soured on it too.
What we did offensively will go down as one of the dumbest moves in our football history.

It sure will. And our OC should find a new profession. He's horrible. I could call a better game than him.
Will should do great at WK if that's where he's going. I hope he has a phenomenal year.

Let's see who the new coach is before we say it was a bad move. Let's just say arnett didn't change the offense, and we won 6-7 this year... he probably gets extended back to 4 years with a raise, and we still have a bad coach

It's not personal against arnett for me. Good guy. Good defensive coach.
Just No business leading a program right now and made a horrible decision about offensive scheme with this personnel.

This is good for everyone. All due respect, at D1 level, WR is 2nd string AR quarterback in most AR schemes.
This all happened because Costello sucked and was damaged from Stanford. Leach should have brought in someone decent and good, back in 2021.
Time to turn a new page.

Barbay is the offensive answer to Peter Sirmon. Ray Charles could see if we had any chance yesterday then Will should have been running two minute offense the whole game and going for it on every 4th down.
