    Personnel Groupings Breakdown vs Zona

First number is RB. Second number is TE.
Example, 11 is one RB and one TE which leaves 3 WR.
    Harmon counts as a TE.

    We ran 56 plays (yuck).
    11 personnel - 43 plays (29 runs and 14 passes).
    20 personnel - 4 plays (3 runs and 1 pass).
    21 personnel - 3 plays (1 run and 2 passes).
    12 personnel - 2 plays (2 runs).
    22 personnel - 2 plays (2 runs).
    10 personnel - 1 play (1 pass).
01 personnel - 1 play. This really was 00 personnel. It was Harmon and 4 WR. (1 pass).

Observations. The one time we went 10 personnel we started in empty, RB out wide, and threw the Now screen to Tulu for a 23 yard TD.

The only other time we had 4 WR on the field was the 01 personnel with Harmon and 4 WR, so really 00 personnel, and we went empty and threw a 7 yard slant to Tulu who ran 30 more yards. Most comfortable Will looked all night.

I know we won't base out of it, but only 2 of our 56 plays had 4/5 WR on the field. Has to be more.

3 plays total out of 10 personnel in two games. That's just sick considering the talent on this roster.

We need to focus on touches. Tulu needs 8-10. Marks needs 20.
    Creed needs 5.
Zavion needs 5 and a few deep shorts.
    Same for Robinson
    Walley is a possession guy.
    So on and so on.

This way top tier edge rushers can destroy our tackles without worrying about a run or a chip block. We won't even have to worry about winning!

Agree, the playmakers need to ball regardless of what scheme/alignment is run. They also need to ball that leverages their strenghts.

We were in 10 personnel two plays and averaged 30 yards a play. Nobody is saying run four verts out of 10 personnel all night.

It appears some still think it?s the 1980s where you have to use extra blockers up front instead of forcing the defense to cover 5 players in route.

We had basic issues picking up simple stunts and blitzes on maybe half of our throws. The OL needs to get their shit together or it doesn?t matter 10, 11, 20, 21, 22 personnel. If Rogers has to start his throwing motion the second he receives the snap, we will have issues. Rogers literally cannot throw a ball 50 yards on target, but he can throw one 30 yards. We just haven?t.

Yep. They got beat in 1v1 too. Wasn't just stunts and blitzes. Going empty let will see the field and pressure better. Makes defenders show where they're coming from too. Plus it's his comfort zone. Have to do it more.

That was more directed at KB12 who would rather the TE position not exist and have 2 slot WR's every single play.

No. I'd prefer that if you are going to play a TE, he should at least be a threat in the passing game. Not just an extra offensive lineman on the field. 10 personnel gets our more talented players who can threaten the defense in the passing game on the field, but our coordinator doesn't feel passing the football is important.
