CBS has us ranked in top 25 (basketball)
CBS came out with their first poll yesterday and we're sitting at #25 in the country.

Note: We looked good in Portugal, but the competition was subpar.
edited: We might have the best year of football/basketball coming up that we have seen in a long time.

I'd love for the football team to make a NYD bowl and the basketball team make the Sweet 16. The jury is still out on baseball.

I would say both of those are realistic goals. Hard for sure, but realistic.

Ummm...no team in college basketball, the NBA, high school, junior high, etc. has (or has ever had) a player that consistently hits 3s at a 50% clip

I love women's basketball just as much as I do Men's basketball. Purcell is doing great things with our girls. Brought in a top 3 transfer class Nationally and signed a top 25 high school class. We will be good, I have us in the top 4 behind LSU, South Carolina, maybe Ole Miss

I know the competition wasn't great in Portugal but we got a chance to see that our new guys are all pretty dang good. We were led in scoring every game by new players. And we have a really special Freshman point gaurd in Josh Hubbard. He is probably starting day 1.
Hubbard, Myers, Taylor, Fort, Scott all played great offensively down there and that's what we lacked last season.

Women's basketball is on the come up, we've been to 2 Championships ourselves so I don't know why some fans don't support the program more. We have a really good energetic coach and good players to support!
On a National scale Womens basketball is far more popular than soccer or golf that u mentioned (no disrespect to either of those sports), heck WBB t.v. numbers are actually higher than College baseball numbers.
