    Watch the App St./A&M game from last year. The TE does work in Barbay's system. He lowers a shoulder for a block to free up the back and then he slips into the flat wide open for a play action pass. Barbay's offense wore A&M's defense slap out by the 4th quarter. Had it not been for a blown coverage on Achane on a kick off for a 95 yard TD the score would have been way more lopsided in App State's favor.

    12 personnel has always been my favorite base formation. If you have 2 TE's that can handle all of their responsibilities effectively it's a matchup nightmare in the early downs.
    It is by far the last thing you want to see as a defensive coach
