    Pork Ribeyes

Got some from a sales rep today to try and they are mighty fine. The ones I had were from the Butchers Block Prime Pork line. It was a "10oz pork ribeye". Marbling looked just like a top shelf ribeye. I grilled w/just salt and pepper. It was awesome. Very juicy and tender. The marbling made it so much more grill friendly. I highly recommend. Ask your local butchers about pork ribeyes

I buy them 2" thick and stuff them with a cream cheese and herb mixture. I season the outside with cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and just a light dusting of cinnamon. It may sound a little weird, but the spiciness of the cajun and the cinnamon go well together. I haven't had a complaint yet, anyway.

sho nuff, beast... I grilled some chops last night, but nothing like those.... as a matter of fact, in about 3 minutes, I am going to light into one, with ranch potatoes and some italian green beans..
