    No idea what the plans are thus far. Started Chernobyl and it?s pretty awesome

    Grilled burgers and saut?ed some leftover mushrooms to make Swiss mushroom burgers.

    Fried catfish again tonight, and started a Boston Butt smoking at 6:30. It is only 3.5 lbs, so but 1:00 AM. It should be done, and it will rest all night. Tomorrow, it will be mopped as it reheats on a grill for about and hour. Final step will be pulling with a little homemade coleslaw and homemade dill pickles. Pics to follow.

    Decided to do steak and chicken taco. Marinated a few chicken breast and thin sliced a cpl pounds of ribeye and marinated that. Charcoal and a touch of smoke. It’s about beer 30

    Y'all are killing it today!

    Spent the day in Ocean Springs and had a huge gyro and beer late lunch, so dinner may not even happen here. Enjoying a Jai Alai for the time being.
