    Small always maximizes his pitch count. Hitters rarely make contact so he hardly ever gets a 2 or 3 pitch out. And then he nibbles and runs the count up to 3 balls often.

    Im not gonna argue with a guy that has had they year he's had. He's a strikeout pitcher. He's been doing this all year long. I think its a good idea for him to work down more but he just doesnt
