Slight sports sidetrack... what artist/music do you revert to, to recenter yourself,

When things do not go as expected, what artist or genre do you go to for solace?

After the loss tonight my mind was drawn to certain songs on Spotify. I didn?t think about it. Just occurred. I?m 35 and my mind always draws me to Bob Seger tunes when things don?t go as planned. Maybe is was my upbringing. Maybe it is the songs and struggles in them that draw me to them, but there is something.

Like A Rock is just one. The Fire Inside is another. There are others.

I could mention recent artists but Seger?s songs have tested time.
