I've been a Star Wars fan my whole life. I love all the movies in their own way....expect for The Last Jedi. That one pissed me off and lost me. I had decided I wasn't going to watch Solo because of this but, being the fan boy that I am, I gave in.
GREAT movie. Very undervalued so far. In fact, I'm more interested now to see how Solo's story develops (with the reveal at the end) than I am in the main story line.
I am in the same boat. Even though I know how it pretty much eventually ends, I would rather see Solo 2 than the next Star Wars. Han, Chewie, Lando, Nest, and Queen of the Dragons are light years better than Rey, Finn, Kylo, and Poe.
