If they're preparing a response, it's bad news.

O/M will get the decision of the Appeals Committee one day before public release....if they got it Friday. the world will see it Monday.

vote of the members present and voting.
    b. The decision of the Infractions Appeals Committee is final and shall not

    c. The Infractions Appeals Committee's final written decision shall be sent
to the appellant institution/individual and all other appropriate parties
involved one day prior to the public release.

Isn't the only "bad" response that their appeal was denied? Nothing really groundbreaking set to come out or am I missing something about the process?

My opinion is we will learn the names of the "disassociated boosters" and that will be about the only thing new to come from the appeal committee's decision. The appeal committee is restricted by the rules and can only act on a finding of procedural error or a finding of factual error.

They're waiting for another big suitcase full of cash to grant the appeal like the one they got to forget they had a penalty matrix.
