Going to smoke a butt and make Grumpy’s BBQ nachos tomorrow with a couple chops. Bought a couple filets for some time this weekend too. First weekend I haven’t had to coach in a while so I’m going to relax catch up on some things.

Today is the wife's B'day. So we are grilling 8 oz Fillets. I'm not much on a Fillet as I am on a Cowboy Cut Ribeye. I love the marble. But, today she more boss than normal; so she wins out in the steak pics.

MILs Birthday, so we did filets/ribeyes, roasted potatoes & crack green beans. I?m enjoying a few Parish Envies, while watching Loyola continue to roll.

I?d have to get the recipe from my wife for exact measurements, but it?s green beans, bacon, soy sauce, butter and brown sugar at 350 for 40min.
