Just doesn't seem like Jarrian would be that knowledgeable or care enough about a 2020 guy to talk about it on twitter

They play on the same 7 on 7 team & yes great players care about other great players. It's a reason why guys already on the team get so involved with recruiting kids. Doesn't matter the class to borrow a phrase from Bama "Savages wanna play with Savages".

Dont wanna count any chickens before they hatch, and I have no clue if its going to be Mingo tomorrow or not. But I can say this, he isnt going to have any off field problems wont miss a rep nor a practice and has a good football mind. He is explosive after the catch and Jarrian Jones knows he is the best WR in the state. Ask him.

Moorhead has made a huge difference with him. If we still had Mullen idk if we would even be in the game with him at this point.

According to that recent article on our top 10 remaining targets on 24/7, we'll be lucky to get any of them. I hated the tone of that writing. I don't want maroon tinted glasses, but I went and read the article again because it seemed to imply the odds were against JoMO and staff. I expect us to finish strong. Hail State!

OL recruiting is a concern, but more because of previous year's failures. I am concerned about LB recruiting. We seem to be getting limited traction there, so far. I hope it is just taking time for Lubaku to re-adjust to recruiting and that we will close strong. Mississippi has three of the top LB prospects in the country and we need to close strong.

BTW, I get it Florida State but why are Mississippi kids so attracted to an ACC program that during their lifetime hasn't really been elite?

Florida State's is good, but their Bowden run ended in the late 90s

...you might want to add RB to that list...we are now evaluating low 3* guys in case we can't land a top recruit....we need something soon to shift our momentum....maybe something will shake out after this weekend

Agree. I realize it's only July, but August starts in a few days & I've got some concerns about this class.

If Jackson &/or Mingo decide to go another direction, it could get ugly

Low rated athletes that are freaks. LB will never be a concern. We'll get a good RB. Not concerned there at all. For a first year staff to do as well as they're doing this year is just a precursor for what's to come after kids see us play. As long as we don't 17 up the season, we'll be far better in recruiting than in the past.
