    Just like Hoosiers

    Howland started off making sure the guys could play D. Now he's starting to get them better on O.

    A lot of posters on this board would've been fired by Norman Dale just like the guy at the beginning of the movie.

    From what I can tell, the team is moving in the right direction. Our 3 pt shot selection still needs to improve some tho.

    I'm optimistic that Howland may actually still know what he's doing ****

    LOL ... I'll buy that. If we ever do start knocking down open look 3s at a higher percentage, we'll be a pretty tough out.
