    That's what they say with every new S&C coach, and they are always telling the truth because new routines work new muscle groups in unfamiliar ways.

    Its much easier to start guys off hard and ease up later, than it is to try and set a new expectation later on.
    Everyone wants to be a beast...until its time to do what beasts do.
