Not sure if you've looked, but UW already has a pretty good crop of QBs in the stable. He is going to a place where he will have to compete for the job; it just happens to be a hell of a lot closer to where he grew up.
If it's UW where he's going; that'd be the PAC-12 not Big 10
Could be University of Wisconsin.
