    Isn't that what some people here wanted Dan Mullen to do to recruits because Ole Miss was doing it? Sell them the chance to win championships?

    You can do that, but if you don’t make damn sure they know that you want them you won’t sell them. It’s sales 101. The person you are trying to sell anything to better know for certain what you want them to do or you lose the sale...

    Hard for old dogs (ex-dawg in this case) to learn new tricks (how to recruit), I hope Fl loses every game in 18 and most beyond unless they play UNM. Mullen talked the talk , but hardly ever walked the walk due to his annual end of year job search. 0-9 against bama and 2 - 4 last 6 years against UNM speaks for itself. And his record against ranked teams.

    Amen, the #1 reason I'm glad he's gone. Time to give somebody else a chance to beat Bama and own UM, especially when you're a favorite against UM.

    I don’t know the other 14 coaches but I would bet Gonzo is in the bottom 1/3 of this group.
    Coaching and recruiting

    UF didn’t want this QB, hell did any P5 really want him?? Odds are OM will be starting a Juco QB in 2019.
