The university has also retained the Mississippi-based law firm of Butler Snow to join the existing legal team of Lightfoot, Franklin & White and Bond, Schoeneck & King for the appeal and other related legal services. Don Barrett of the Barrett Law Group will also join the university’s legal team.
They all going to fit in the meeting room?

Barrett, what's he gonna help with, suing the NCAA for smoking? Hey Don, you ain't getting a Holmes Co jury for this.
Not only did Mississippi State embarrass LSU on this night. Davis Wade Stadium wrecked Tiger Stadium in music choice, atmosphere and, most of all, volume.
When I'm 80 and deaf, it's not going to be all those Springsteen concerts or Queen at Municipal Auditorium in New Orleans on Halloween Night in 1978, it will be this game...............Glen Guilbeau--Sherveport Times

Been putting up a majority of the weekly cash payroll on the plantation. He's just trying to protect his investment.

Yep, got a little incident in his past, that would go along well with plantation mentality too. Not sure if he actually set a cross on fire, but it was something along those lines.
Of course he has repented, ala Hugh, and now "fights" for minorities. As long as they have grounds to sue tobacco or other deep pocket companies so he can get his 33%, but he will cry with them while doing so.
. He will try to bully folks, short change other lawyers with his boy Dickie Scruggs also
