A Penn State media person threw out a $5 million projected figure. I would think $3 to $3.5 million. I hightly doubt it will be less than $3 million. Guess we will see.

It's OK. Not that spiffy. Might not be his style either. Lots of options available in that part of town, or he could build on same street or elsewhere. Just a joke - he could buy Polk's house on the lake. If he wanted to help someone ....

I believe their office is next door to Little Dooey on University Drive. I have known Gary Shafer for a long time. Great guy. Just partnered with two other licensed architects. Amazing that Starkville has an office with that many architects. You should check them out.

Pretty sure the University of Florida owns that house. Surely he would include that in his contract and they would sell it for as close to value as possible.....

He'll be fine either way. He bought that house at a low number. It's worth way more than he paid so there is a lot of flexibility to sell it.
