    Awesome isnt it!

    Exciting to see what step we take into the future after a great coach made MSU a national program and top kob spots!

    Yeah, right now the possibilities are impressive. Hope we get this completed and get a staff together. Bowl games will put a damper on our staff coming together, but the new coach should be able to focus on recruiting and picking up a couple guys towards their system.

    I'm more concerned about the rest of the staff than I am about the head coach... In a perfect situation, you would hire a good manager for HC and then put together a dedicated dream team of assistants, and pay them well. That way, the next silly season comes around, you probably have your next head coach (es) already on staff, and keep on truckin'
