I happened to see Dan and Megan after the game and it was totally a different look than what is normal between those two. After all of the transactions that have occurred since then, I tend to believe they already pretty much new what they were going to do. I just found it odd how the Mullen's were acting after our biggest rivalry game.

I don't know if he talked with Mullen but I dang sure think he was talking to Sexton and I think it goes back before the arky game. ******* game plan and focus was crap against arky and unm.

We'll never know exactly how it went down, but bottom line is you don't decide to uproot and move on from the place you've been and built for 9 years in the span of one afternoon.

Although we love to disregard media reports, I don't think it's a coincidence that before the Egg Bowl was over, national writers were suddenly saying -- for certain -- that this was Mullen's last game at State.

I caught some shit for this in the EB game thread but:

When asked by McElroy and crew if he was looking to leave he didn't tell them what he told the last three announcers that asked. He evaded the question and gave a vague answer along the lines of "Well, we all have to move on at some point."

That's when it hit me shit was about to get crazy.

As of thanksgiving lunch on thursday, Dan WAS GONE.....but to UT NOT Florida......the chip kelley thing derailed everything.....

SS felt out Frost and he said he wasn't going anywhere but Neb.
