Norvell is definitely the best candidate. We don?t need to let HIGH mindedness get in the way of hiring the best coach.

Day is the Co-OC and was the OC under Adazzio as well. He was Chip Kelly's QB coach at Philly and SF. His system may be the best fit to maintain what we already do. Very strong Myer coaching tree type of coach

We are a good job, but this strikes me as unrealistic. Virginia Tech is a good job.
