Didn't some of the Rebel players kneel before the National Anthem?
If true, just goes to show that Ole Miss is going back to their roots as flag-burning Anti-American pieces of shit.

Maybe it was just the guys speaks practiced on all week

Several went to the end zone and went down to s knee but it was well after the national anthem.

Their team would not have been on the field during the anthem, right?

Correct. Several went and took a knee and prayed right before kickoff. Too bad their character was anything but Christ-like

So, what I'm hearing is that they didn't even WANT to be on the field during the National Anthem. Just goes to show that Ole Miss is following in the tradition of their hero Jane Fonda.
HOTTY TODDY, BITCHES!!!

That cracked me up. They left the tunnel, went 100 yards across the field talking shit the whole time, then suddenly dropped to a knee and started praying when they reached the far end zone.

They were not even on the field yet.

No teams in college are on the field during the national anthem.

I don't understand why people protest the national anthem. Key was just a poet, describing the American fighters as trying to be free from the British (key was British). Key wasn't anyone but a writer. Describing Americans as fighting for freedom. Which Americans keep doing to this day. All walks of life.
That's like judging the football players, by the sports writers. Or the American concepts are the right ones, especially if your learned on other countries. I say I stand for the flag though because all people have fought for it.

Or we were like the youngest country trying to get away from THAT country or the British who had elitism as their foundation.

Scurrilous accusation, Mutt!
I did hear that the team votes overwhelmingly Democratic, though...

Every single top 50 P5 team does, I’d bet. Good point.
