I?m completely deflated. Fitz was our leader, he set the tone physically. That injury (the More I watch the more intentional it seems) could have a few ripple effects as far as the future of our program. Could be and hope I am wrong but that?s how it feels right now.

Important for the immediate but I'm not sure how critical it is long term. They still will get heavy sanctions and we still have a heck of a recruiting class ready to sign this year and next. Biggest issue is can Nick get healed and ready by next Fall? That looked like a terrible ankle injury.

I don't see it that way. It's certainly is a bad deal for this one and a bowl game, but a loss won't affect future years. Hopefully Nick fully recovers and KT gets a lot of valuable reps during our bowl preparation. Making him more valuable next year and years after. Considering all.....we're still in this game and have a chance. Hopefully we find a way to pull it out.

Find a way to win. Will do more for our program if we can pull this game out. Only top programs win games where they have to go to their backup QB, especially mid game. Would do a lot for our image if we could win a rivalry game where we lost our starting QB and our backup came in down 7-0 and led us to victory.

Stop with that BS. We suffered the worst luck you can suffer. It?d be great to win but it?s not a program changer. OM still has to deal with sanctions and we return an elite team. Egg bowl hardly ever impacts the current recruiting class either.
