tsun will get the death penalty

    In the next five years.

I ventured over to Spirit and Nafoom this morning for the first time in over a year to take the pulse of this weeks opponent. They (and their media) are in full on melt...and this is pre-sanction. Based on current reactions I can see some of their fans doing some REALLY stupid stuff after their sanctions come down.

I fully expect another massive NCAA investigation at tsun to start up again in the next year or so.

Well, I don’t know how things will play out, but they haven’t backed off on their obsession with ‘cruitin. All of their coaching search talk includes the ability to recruit. They don’t intend to miss a beat on that front. In their minds, the only thing that will hinder their recruiting is the limited numbers they will sign.

They should, what they did caused huge ripple effects throughout college football.

They have to go the low road on recruiting, because if they do it fairly they would be in real trouble. Very few young athlete's would buy into tsun without being bought first.

As long as these fools think that "my diddie can sue you" and get me out of this they will continue.

It is going to be tough to recruit when you record recruit's conversations and sue them, regardless of sanctions.

Dawgology, I recon both those sites daily. Nafoom especially and Spirit posters are all hat and no cattle! Those posters are just out there making noise, if they had enough money to do anything, they would not be wasting time on those sites!

It wouldn't surprise me. They don't know how to stop cheating and they better hope that the NCAA doesn't find out that the escorts were for recruits.

The escort issue is an easier case than half of what's already in the NOAs. If the NCAA wanted to come down hard on them, they could right now. They're not interested.

OM is in a pickle. Their fans are still in denial and are blaming their issues on LL. When sanctions come down they will still expect their coach to pull a USC and just recruit 15 4 & 5 stars instead of 25 of them. That means that either the next coach will be forced to cheat or will be fired after three years by an unhappy fanbase. They already aren’t landing a profile coach. This makes it even more difficult.
    Death penalty or bust!!!***

Didn't stop then after the '94 sanctions for long. Deuce and a few others were highly suspicious. In fact there was a LOT of booster involvement with Deuce. Not saying he got anything(**) but there were damn sure a lot of hanging out with a certain booster.
Not only did Mississippi State embarrass LSU on this night. Davis Wade Stadium wrecked Tiger Stadium in music choice, atmosphere and, most of all, volume.

When I'm 80 and deaf, it's not going to be all those Springsteen concerts or Queen at Municipal Auditorium in New Orleans on Halloween Night in 1978, it will be this game...............Glen Guilbeau--Sherveport Times

They damn sure won't stop, hell their at it now. They have been at it so long they just don't any other way to do things. The entire culture is graft and corruption, the same people and actions that have kept MS on the bottom of the ledger forever. The thing is they are so self adsorbed that they can't help but to run their mouths about what kid they got and how much they spent. It is just a matter of time.

I doubt the OM money boosters will take the low road in recruiting. I imagine they will just learn from this experience, and now know what they can get away with and what they can't. This involves a long time history of cheating in football recruiting. I can't see it stopping.
