I know hundreds of Bama fans....only two actually went there. The fan you met is an endangered species.

I'll expound on that a bit. I know three Bama grads. One could care less about football. The two that do are actually ok. It's the bathroom alumni that suck. For the record an Ole Miss friend of me uses the term "bathroom alumni." He says they once took a leak at a gas station in Sulligent, Gordo, Winfield, or some other such place in Alabama, so they consider themselves Alabama alumni.

Any county on th Bama line is full of them. It ain't just Lowndes. Back when I was a kid most of their Daddies were Rebels.

Two of my teachers at The W were Bama fans. Difference is, not only did they both get their Masters from there, they both got their doctorates from there as well. I think they've earned the right to be fans. And on a side note, by far two of the best teachers I ever had.

What pisses me off is them stopping every 3rd step to look around since this is the first time they’ve seen a college campus.
