Just a fresh reminder since their Day of Reckoning may soon be upon them
There's a reason we've seen no mention of draft night in a LOA and that is the NCAA does not necessarily take direct words from student athletes into account when charges are being levied.
What they DO take into account are direct quotes from coaches that are observed in e-mails and text messages.
This is what makes the LL circle jerk TSUN Klan is having so ridiculous.
AND if the COI accepts the allegation that TSUN continued their shenanigans during the investigation, well, that just may not work out too well for them.
sorry if this has been mentioned recently, just haven't seen it personally in a while.

It will be nearly impossible to pull back the money that made OM's recruiting program what it was.
Anything the NCAA does will not impact the checking accounts of those who bought players for their school and won't necessarily impact their willingness to keep their hobby going. The only way OM can slow them down is to self report every instance of money exchanges for consideration that come up and self report every car ride or meal or free Rags jersey they learn about. If they had the ethics to do that, eventually their boosters would stop.
What the hell am I talking about here?
That level of ethics has never existed at OM and never will.
They are the flagship of player purchasing. It is what they do and it will never stop.
I pity the NCAA and what they will eventually be forced to do to OM to address their "in your face" way of doing recruiting business.

Not that i believe it will happen, but if the NCAA sent severe enough sanctions, the academics at that school would take it back from the meatheads who believe cheating is justified.
The integrity of the school?s mission is at stake. If they get hit hard and then repeat offender status happens later, it could do permanent damage.

There is no investigation
"They live in bizarro world...up is down...yes is no...hot is cold. Now they've determined that the NCAA sends a Letter of Inquiry AFTER an investigation is basically over. Uh...NO. Not how it works." Zv2, Bafoom Motard , 10/12/15
