I have always wondered why they focused on #39. Why not the other 40? Take away LL and you still have a lot of shit left to worry about.

In the long run that may wind up being more damaging than anything the NCAA does to them, no matter how bad it is. I still can't believe they were stupid enough to do it and then double down with the lawsuit stuff.

Because it was the “only” pay-for-play (cash anyway) and they consider everything else minor... hunting trips, sleeping on coach’s couches, etc...
