    Houston Nutt has re-filed against Ole Miss in state court.

    According to Antonio Morales, the lawsuit has been re-filed. Said more to the story will be coming soon.

    Hack, or somebody with some of them lawyerin' skillz, what does this mean?

    Fed courts agreed with the defense that they didn't have jurisdiction. It was filed in federal court because Nutt's lawyer thought he may get a more friendly venue than what he'd find in MS. Guess now we get to find out. Either way, it doesn't matter much really. His case is being tried in the court of public opinion. Hell continue to embarrass ole miss and Freeze until they buckle and agree to terms. If not, we'll still be getting "new news" on this case 3 years from now.
