    The post is pretty clear, aside from the quotation marks showing up as question marks. The references to small town banks, the IRS/FBI, etc. are all crazy conspiracy theories that mimi has repeatedly alluded to.....and she has done so in the most grammatically incorrect way possible (I was 100% sure she was a troll for the first several months she posted here.....now I just wish she was a troll). And he's saying that the only time she has posted anything that has been right, it has been old news that has come straight from the Boneyard. And he's right.....she has never posted any original information that has panned out.

    Yes. Everyone knew this was coming. Steve just knew when because he's been working with the lawyer. Not huge news by any means, but it is news.

    Fed courts agreed with the defense that they didn't have jurisdiction. It was filed in federal court because Nutt's lawyer thought he may get a more friendly venue than what he'd find in MS. Guess now we get to find out. Either way, it doesn't matter much really. His case is being tried in the court of public opinion. Hell continue to embarrass ole miss and Freeze until they buckle and agree to terms. If not, we'll still be getting "new news" on this case 3 years from now.
