Yes. Everyone knew this was coming. Steve just knew when because he's been working with the lawyer. Not huge news by any means, but it is news.
Fed courts agreed with the defense that they didn't have jurisdiction. It was filed in federal court because Nutt's lawyer thought he may get a more friendly venue than what he'd find in MS. Guess now we get to find out. Either way, it doesn't matter much really. His case is being tried in the court of public opinion. Hell continue to embarrass ole miss and Freeze until they buckle and agree to terms. If not, we'll still be getting "new news" on this case 3 years from now.
