From Frankie Piliere's capsules on Cape Code League top prospects 151-175: # 165 Hunter Stovall
"A highly versatile, energetic sparkplug, Stovall can do a number of things on both sides of the ball to contribute to a team. Although the offensive numbers didn?t jump off the page this summer, he showed an advanced, all fields approach from the right side and even flashed some gap power. The 5-foot-8, 170 pound Mississippi State standout has the versatility to play third base, shortstop, second base as well as behind the plate, and he is reliable wherever he?s placed. That will bode very well for him with professional scouts. Expect to see him at shortstop this spring."
